    At Dreads&Frutsels you can pay with all known online payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, Giropay and Meastro and Klarna.We use the secure payment systems of Lightspeed Payments, supported by Mollie Payments.
  • Why a minimum order amount?
    Why do we have a minimum order amount? Very simple, because otherwise it wouldn't work. In fact, we often have to spend money on smaller orders. Because we want Dreads & Frutsels to exist for a long time and you can continue to order from us, there is a minimum order amount of € 20.00.
  • How long are the delivery times?
    How long are the delivery times? We send all packages every Monday and you will receive your track and trace by email. Shipping takes place from Hungary, so you should expect a delivery time of 5 to 7 working days. This usually happens faster and your package will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.   • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping Rates We work with a minimum spending amount of €20. We choose the best shipping option and service for our customers. Unfortunately, shipping costs are something we cannot avoid, and because we want the best service for our handmade products, we choose to pay half of the shipping costs for our customers. You pay the other half yourself and it is calculated based on the total amount of your shopping cart. You will see this appear automatically at checkout. Shipments to the Netherlands & the rest of Europe (select your country) with Track and Trace: - Orders up to €50, Post-NL shipping costs of €6.50 - Orders up to €100, Post-NL shipping costs of €5, 95 - Orders of 100 and more Post-NL shipping costs at € 4.50 Shipments outside Europe: Worldwide shipping with Track & Trace Flat rate of € 12.50 Shipments in Hungary: Worldwide shipping with Track & Trace - Letterbox Parcel (Letterbox shipment) at € 2.50 for all decoration materials. - Parcel Parcel (Shipment in a box) at €4.50 for all Rawroots products and dreadsets. For orders of €50 or more, we will send the products to you free of charge within Hungary. ​ After you have placed an order and paid, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive the Track&Trace after the package has been shipped on Monday. Didn't receive an email? It can sometimes happen that the email ends up in your spam box.
  • What happens if I do not pick up the package at the post office/service point?
    The package usually stays at the post office for 7 days before being returned. For more exact information, please contact your local post office. If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to us. The package will then be registered by us as 'not collected': we will then charge € 10 administration costs for this. The remaining order amount will be refunded to you - in the same way as you originally paid for the order. If you regret your order and want to cancel the order, you must collect the package and then return it to us. This way it won't be recorded as an 'uncollected' package!

    Can I exchange items? Items that are not to your liking can be exchanged within 14 days. (provided they meet the conditions below) To ensure that exchanges can proceed smoothly and clearly, we ask you to return the items in question and order the desired products again online.   • Can I change/return a dreadset?
    Can I change/return a product with dreadset? The right to return or exchange does not apply to dreadsets. that are produced with special customer requirements or that are clearly tailored to the customer's personal wishes (e.g. sets with length and/or decoration wishes, and because we ask this with every set, we make everything personal.) This tailor-made product is produced at the customer's individual request and cannot be exchanged or returned.
