Shipping & Payment
Shipments and Delivery Times
We do our utmost to have your order delivered to you carefully and neatly. Every Monday we go to the post office to send all packages. As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive a Track & Trace code on the email address you provided with your order.
Shipping takes place from Hungary, which means that you should take into account an average delivery time of 5 working days, calculated from the first Monday after your order. Packages are sent by registered mail, which means that they are never delivered to your neighbors. If you are not at home, the package will be taken to the nearest PostNL collection point, where you have 7 days to collect it. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to us and we will refund the purchase price, minus €10,- return and administration costs.
Postage costs
We choose the best shipping option and service for our customers. Unfortunately, shipping costs are unavoidable, but because we strive for the highest quality for our handmade products, we cover half of the shipping costs. The other half is calculated based on the total amount of your shopping cart and will appear automatically during checkout.
- Orders up to €20: PostNL shipping costs €7.50
- Orders up to €50: PostNL shipping costs €6.50
- Orders between €50 and €100: PostNL shipping costs €5.95
- Orders from €100: PostNL shipping costs €4.50
Shipping outside Europe
We offer worldwide shipping with Track & Trace for a flat rate of €12.50.
After placing and paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive the international Track & Trace code on Monday, as soon as your package has been shipped. From Friday, you can enter the code on the PostNL website to track your package. Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive an email.
Please note: Packages may be held by customs on a random basis, which may cause delays. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and the full amount will be refunded within .

- Klarna 'Pay Now' with online bank transfer

Please note: In case of incorrectly filled in addresses we are not liable for loss or failed deliveries. Always check your address details carefully. If the error is on our side, we will of course ensure a new delivery at no extra cost.
