 -Medium is suitable for dreads that reach between the shoulder blades.
 -Great for when hair is longer than the middle of the back.
 SAFETY AND SECURITY: The swim caps are made of 100% silicone and like any other swim cap, some water may seep under the edges if you fully submerge your head. In general, your dreads will remain mostly dry and any water that gets in will dry quickly.
 The hood can be stretched to fit over the head, but be careful not to tear the silicone by stretching with sharp nails or jewelry.
 Instructions:
 1. Put the hair in a bun on the head.
 2. Using both hands, palms facing each other, widen the opening of the cap and pull it over the hair.
 3. The hood can be pulled over the ears and neck so that all the hair is covered.
 4. When the hood is on, all excess air is squeezed out of the hood and you are ready to swim.
